What are the different modes through which I can transfer money through you?

A.

Through demand drafts, bank to bank funds transfer (TT), door to door payment in cash/ cheque and through mail transfer (trough courier directly from our office).

How long will it take for the money to reach my beneficiary’s bank account if it is remitted through you?

A.

Your money will be remitted swiftly and securely by us. Funds will be credited to your beneficiary’s bank account within 1 to 3 working days in countries where on-line bank automated payment systems are available, and your beneficiary bank is a member of the automated payment system of that country. In other cases funds will be credited within 3 to 6 working days.

A.

Your orders for drafts, foreign currencies and travellers cheques can be placed through the phone, by fax or through internet. We deliver them to the customer’s place of work, provided its location is within the city limits where one of our branches are located and the minimum value of transaction is AED 5000/-.

Can I open a bank account in my home country through your company?

A.

We provide all assistance you need in opening a bank account in your home country especially in India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Philippines. Account opening forms of our correspondent banks are available at our customer care counters of our branches. Our staff will guide you through the procedures and documentation requirements.

Can I get cash advance against credit cards?

A.

Cash advances for amounts upto the equivalent of USD 10,000/- can be made available from all our branches against Visa and MasterCard Credit or Debit Cards. The total fee payable for this service is 3 % of the principal amount of advance.

At present you cannot do a direct transaction. But you can get a cash advance against your credit card and then use that cash to make the payment.

A.

We have arrangements with MoneyGram to both send and receive money in minutes, through its over 40,000 agent locations in over 154 Countries. You can receive money without even an ID. The remitter should approach the nearest MoneyGram Agent located in his country. Our branches can provide the full details.
